Shattered Steel By Shauna Richmond

I absolutely love Shauna Richmond's books.This is the 3rd book I have read and it has not let me down. Shauna's writing style is gripping and you can lose yourself in her writing, it takes you away from your life. I listened to Shattered Steel on Audible and it is fantastic and the narrator Graham Mack has a great voice. The story is about Catherine who has gotten lost from her pack and has ended up in Oakwood where you meet the olden brothers. Shattered Steel is funny and full of sexual tension. The characters are fantastic and full of humour. The story is addictive and I can't wait for book 2. Shattered Steel is a fun and easy read. The illustrations by Gustyawan are amazing. This is a book that has lovely rhyming and is fun to read with your children. I read The secrets We Keep in 4 Hours. There is great suspense running tbrough the book. I was hooked from the beginning and could not put it down. I need to know Rob secret and to found out the outcome. M. I. Hattersley ilwritting style is fantastic. I did not see the twists coming and i thought i know who it was but i was very wrong. The story about Rob who is married to Jesse and they have two children. Rob has a secret that he hoped would stay hidden but it all changes when old frind Dan comes back. This is the first book i have read by M. I. Hattersley and i will definatly be reading more. I felt like I was on emotional rollcoster while reading the Secrets We Keep because I had no clue what was going to happen to Rob. If you like psychological thriller you will love this. The main character is Claire and her best friend Leah goes missing. In the chapters, Clare goes back to the past where Leah goes missing to the present day. The story is at good pace and there are some good twists and turns in the book. I did not see the twist at the end which was a shock and I do love it when this happens. The story well-written and has a good plot that kept me hooked. I have not read any books from Ruth Harrow before but I am glad I read this book and will be looking for her next one. There was good suspense running through the book. This is a thrilling and gripping read. 5 stars. Out now to buy. Book Blurb He’s watching you … but should he be afraid? The last Keeper by J.V. Hilliard

I found the story to have good amount of action throughout the book that kept me entertained. There was some good characters that I liked and the story was fast-paced. The last keeper is gripping and full of magic which I loved. This is the first book I have read by J.V. Hill and I can't wait for book 2. The story is engaging and holds your attention to the end. I love the adventure you go on with the characters,is at a great pace. I also like the way Nick Stitle writes, especially his descriptions of what going on in scenes. I could really visualise what was happening through his writing.The story hooks you in and you can't put it down because you need to know what's going to happen. I loved the cliffhanger near the end and can't wait to find out what happens next. I was definitely on the edge of my seat. Thank you Richard Sample for letting me read and review your book. I met Richard and his daughter at the Derby Book festival and it was lovely to meet you both. I absolutely adore the front cover of The Magic Violin its so pretty and bright which draws your attention to the book. The Magic Violin is for children between 7-14 years old. The story is 54 pages long and has short chapters with lovely illustrations running through the book. The Magic Violin is a fantastic story about Jethro who is forced to retire but then something happens to him that changes his life. The story is beautifully written and engaging from the first page to the end. Children will love The Magic Violin story and it will keep them entertained for a while. This is the first book I have read by Christina Delmonte and it is a twisty and dark read. Last Bank Hoilday is enjoyable read and kept me entertained to the end. The story is about Karen and her family.Will her husband is not well due to being injured in a burglary. Then Karen wins a family holiday in the woods and things start to change. I love the front cover of Fly Me to Paris it's beautiful and I wished I was the person on the front. I really enjoyed reading Fly Me to Paris and I have not read anything about mature women in their 50s being fly attendant before. I found it hard to put down and I loved following Penny life from not being in the greatest place to doing something totally different to getting a new job flying around the world. I adore Penny she's brave and she made me laugh all the way through the book. This is a fantastic read and is set in Paris made me want to change places with Penny. This is the first book I have read from Helga Jenson and I will be reading more of her books. The first few pages took me little while to get into but after that i was hooked and coukd not put down. I was so happy that I was chosen to read Dark Enough to See the Stars this is a sequel to it all coming back to you. I was so happy to be back with the characters Ronnie, Rick and Deanne. I adore these two books they are part of the family. Again I read this book in half a day and absolutely loved it to the point I could not put it down. It was nice to find out what happened to Ronnie after book 1 and sometimes felt like I was on an emotional rollercoaster during certain events that happened in the book. Again this story is written in two timelines: the past with Sam and Chet and the present with Ronnie. The story is beautifully written and made me feel very emotional at times but I loved the ending it was not what I expected. I really enjoy Beth Duke's writing style and it is very easy to get transfixed to her stories. Beth Dukes will be on my favourite author list and i will be read

All this Healing is killing me is a memoir and Dr Gabrielle Pelicci talks sbout her life, her mental health and her journey and finding herself again. I found this to be fascinating and a spiritual read. love how honest Dr Gabrielle Pelicci is about her childhood and her relationships. The writing is beautifully written and is moving and I felt like I was going on a journey with her. Even though Dr Gabrielle Pelicci went through some hard times she came through it. The story is about three sisters who own a spa together but Sophie who works there is found dead and DCI Jude is investing what has happened to her. I love the front cover of The Compulsion cloud alot it's colourful and shows you what the story is about. The pictures are bright and colorful which young children will love. There is enough writing on each page for children to enjoy and the story is very engaging. I think from reading this book children will understand what OCD is because it is written in children friendly way. The illustration are fantastic by Vicky Kuhn. Spin the Bottle is a cute romance that made me laugh in places. I loved the story about Celeste and Travis who found each other again. This is a heartwarming story of love and I felt like I was rooting for both of the Characters all through the book. I love Isabella May's writting style and descriptions, you can really visualise the places in the book. This is the first I have read by Isabella May and I definitely will be reading more. The story is gripping and full of suspense. Loved it. The characters Charlotte and Ethan are lovely. The mum was a bit full on and I did not like her at all. Sidle Creek is a short story collection and I enjoyed reading all of them. The stories are written and hold your attention. There are some tough topics but Jolene Mcilwain has written them beautifully well. The stories are engaging and moving and left me wanting to read more of her books. The stories are easy to get into and some chapters are shorter than others. Morris and I will be reading more. The story hooked me straight the away. Love the names of the characters are very unique. The Crimson Child is a fantastic murder mystery that I could not put down and when I finished the book i was left wanting more. The story is written well and is set in the 19th cenurty in Russia. Escape to Bellbird Bay is the sixth book in the series and is a contemporary genre.I enjoyed reading this book and I enjoyed the characters: Alison wo has been asked to go on early retirement and goes to visit her brother Adam at Bellbird Bay. Then there is Neil whose life not doing so well goes back to Bellbird Bay to visit his Dad with his Daughter Bronte. The story is heartwarming and I love the romance between Alison and Neil. I love Bellbird Bay and would love to visit it myself. The story is written well and you get lost in the story straight away which is good. From Broken to Brave a memior and self help book.I found it to be extraordinary read.Sam Pearce is so honest about the events that happened in her life and I loved that. Sam Pearce's journey is emotional and inspiring. I love the quotes that run through the book and they really resonate with me. From Broken to Brave is written well and very easy to get into. The front cover is beautiful. The chapters are about Ronnie who works in a care home as a nurse and who lives in the care home. They become very close like granddaughter and grandma. Violet's story is written in the past about her life when she was younger and Ronnie's story is in the present. The book is written beautifully and I love how much both characters love each other. I found this book very easy to get into and I was lost in Violet and Ronnie's life. I can't wait for book 2. This is a fantastic read but I did feel for Violent for some of the things she went ntrough such a brave woman. The story is written well and engaging. Love the front cover and the When Cat goes sea swimming it made me want to start doing this too. I love Cat and how she embraced the yes in her life. The Patient Pharmacist is non fiction read about John Atkinson life being a pharmacist and then talking about his brain tumour diagnosis . John and his wife went through some tough times and i did really feel for them both. They both went through alot of heartache. I found this fascinating read due to be not knowing alot about Pharmacist. The Patient Pharmacist is written well and John writting style is very easy to get into.
