All this Healing is killing me is a memoir and Dr Gabrielle Pelicci talks sbout her life, her mental health and her journey and finding herself again. I found this to be fascinating and a spiritual read. love how honest Dr Gabrielle Pelicci is about her childhood and her relationships. The writing is beautifully written and is moving and I felt like I was going on a journey with her. Even though Dr Gabrielle Pelicci went through some hard times she came through it. I loved founding out how she became a healer I found that really interesting. Brilliant 5 stars. Blurb At age 20, Gabrielle Pelicci returned from her modeling career in NYC to her hometown of Scranton, PA where her mother suddenly passed away. At her mother's funeral, Gabrielle had a spiritual experience that left her reeling and set her on a heroine's journey to learn about both the scientific and mystical explanations of human consciousness. Gabrielle studied a dozen healing practices, from alternative medicine to yoga, including travel immersions in Europe, Asia and Africa. Over the next 10 years, her complex PTSD symptoms persisted. Bio Gabrielle Pelicci, Ph.D. “Dr. Gabby” is a professor and coach, guiding individuals and groups towards wholeness using writing as medicine. She completed her doctoral work in Transformative Studies at the California Institute of Integral Studies with a dissertation on women healers — and studied plant medicine with indigenous healers in New Mexico and Guatemala. She has been a University Professor of Integrative and Holistic Medicine since 2007. I love the front cover its very eye catching witch would make me pick up to read the blurb. I like the title to. I found hanging out very instresting read its very true how people lost on technology and how we lost the connections in the real world since covid. Penelopes Purple Passions by Penelope Chaisson

  Penelope’s Purple Passion is a beautiful poetry  book that I fell in love with straight away. As soon as I open the book I could not stop reading and normal I like some Poe more than others but I can say this about Penelope poetry I loved them all the same. Her writing grab me from the first word.  The poetry about love , loss  and passion. I love the front colour it has my favourite colour and a butterflys. Penelope is telling her poetry through a butterfly . I definitely recommend this book and would love to read more of her poetry. The Pawnshop of Stolen Dreams is for young adults between 9-13 years, which will keep them entertained till the end. The story is dark and well-written. The illustrations are amazing and great fantasy. The story is at a great pace and love adventure running through the book 5 stars.
