The Naked Truth is based on a true story about two sisters Victoria and Tennesse who come across as strong independent women. The story is set in the 1800s and is about women's rights at that time. I never heard of them but I'm glad I listened to this book. It opened up my eyes to what the sisters went through in that era. The Naked Truth is a powerful read and is written exceedingly well. The 6pm Frazzled Mums Club by Nina Manning

Image
Thank you @rararesources and @ninamanninguk for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. The 6 p.m. Frazzled Mums Club is a contemporary genre that took me back to when I was at the school gates as a parent. I could relate to the three mums very well. The main characters are Sophie who is an Influencer and is trying to live the perfect life but it's not happening, Aisha has lots of spare time but does not know what to do with herself. Then there is Mel who gets the chance to live her dream. I feel like I related more to Sophie than the other two mums because Sophie is trying to balance work and home life and this is me. I found The 6 p.m. Frazzled Mums Club to be entertaining and made me chuckle. The story is very easy to get into and is at a good pace. I like the front cover a lot and I still feel like that now with a teenager. There are some good topics running through the book: friendship, parenting, guilt and a few more. I love the bond the three wom...
