Thank you @zooloosBT for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book and being on this tour. Love & Being is a beautiful poetry book that reflects on JM Langan experiences in a life that keeps changing. There are 74 poems, some are short and others are longer. My favourites were: Crushed Grass, We kissed as the bell Tolled in the square at Midnight, Crow, Dwarf Star, Ray Breathing, I know, Loud, Being and She stood and Many more. . They are extraordinary poems that you can keep coming back to. The Poetry above and a few others that, I felt I was connected to and drawn to them. All the poems are beautifully written and some of the collections can be dark, funny, heartfelt, grief, depression, and abuse. You can really tell that JM Langan has worked very hard on all of these poems, and it comes out in her writing. I love the front cover and the title, they both work well together. Can't wait for the next instalment of poems 5 stars. J M’s Bio JM Langan’s work...

The Epilogue Event by S G Bell

Image
Thank you @zooloosBT for being part of this tour and reviewing this book. The Epilogue Event is a contemporary genre and is full of action to keep you engaged to the end. The story is at a fast-paced that is written extremely well. There are a few twists and turns that you will not see coming . The Epilogue is an interesting read. Each chapter starts with a date, it is set two months before cynosure. The story set in 2010 and is about the end of the world, but no one seems to be that bothered by it, and they are unaware of a pandemic. I was hooked, but also terrified because I would hate for this to happen in real life to us, and I did feel sorry for Peter and his friends. I liked the character Peter, who finds his self as the unlikely hero, but I was rooting for him to come through this pandemic. A great read that you will be glued to. The Epilogue is totally different to what I normally read, and It's great to come out of your comfort zone and read different genres and author...

Identical by Saskia Sarginson

Image
Thank you @rararesources and @SaskiaSarginson for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. Identical is a psychological thriller that I was addictive to, I could not put it down, it is a riveting read. I do love a good psychological read, and identical ticked everything. The story is about Cecily, who rings up her identical sister Alice to be her for a bit. This is a fast-paced read that will keep you on your toes. There are a few different narratives which are Alice and Cecily point of view and I think I preferred Alice to Cecily, I seemed to connect to her more, but I don't know why. Identical is written well and gripped me to the end. I kind of had a feeling what the twist could be, and I did get it, but its was fantastic twist. There is a fair amount of tension and suspense that runs through the book. A page turner that you are not going to be able to put down 4 stars. Identical ‘Please, I need your help. You’re the only person I can turn to. The only person...

Image
Thank you @rararesoucrs and @kim_adamsWriter for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. Love Beyond Lindisfarne has a beautiful front cover that I was drawn to straight the way. This is book 2 of the series, and you don't have to read the first one. I didn't, and I understood straight the way what was happening in the book. I like Kimberley Adam's descriptions of where the story is set, the island of Lindisfarne. Furthermore, I could visualize it in my mind and I felt like I was actually there. Love beyond Lindisfarne was a delightful read that you can easily lose yourself in this book because It's entertaing and has lovely characters that are like your friends. The story was very easy to get into and is a lovely romance that is also about friendship on the island. A lovely story, will go back and read book 1 shortly. Entertaining read that written well 4 stars. Love Beyond Lindisfarne Take a spring to summer trip to magical Northumberland and fin...

Thank you @rararesouces and @LizMistryAuthor for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. The Blood Promise is a crime thriller and is book 1 in the series. The story set in Scotland and a 16-year-old wakes up to find her parents are dead. Two Detectives Jazzy and Annie Mcqueen join the investigation and when they get deeper in to the investigation Jazzy connects dots between her and the people that are dead. Intriguing and gripping read that will hook you to the end. I did like Jazzy and Queenie, they seem to work well together, and I did find Queenie funny at times with some of her the things she does throughout the book. The Blood Promise hooks you in from the first page, and I enjoyed hearing from the killer point of view because you found out more about them and why they are doing this. I felt I was very invested in this book and needed to know what will happen at the end. There are some great twists and turns, and the writing is written well. A thrilling read w...

War Bunny is book 1 in the series and is Fantasy genre and anyone from the age of 13 years upwards will adore this book. I absolutely love the front cover, It's very pretty with the rabbit and the flowers on her. War Bunny reminders me a little of Watership Down, which is a fabulous film and book. I think War Bunny is right up there with Watership down. There are quite a few narratives in the book which I liked hearing from the other animals, prospective. It was very easy to get into War Bunny and it is definitely a page turner. If you love rabbits and animals, this book is for you. I felt like I was going on an adventure with the rabbits. Thank you @hb_publishing_ @hyggebooktours for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing these two books. I enjoyed reading Unforgettable & Never Again immensely, they both are comedy romance genre. The story about Daisy, who is a paramedic and loves her job. Daisy has to go to emergency which changes her life, this is in part 1 Unforgettable and Never Again is part 2 about Daisy who is hurting a lot . (I don't want to give too much away), but then she goes to Manchester to stay with her friend. Both stories are written extraordinary well, and I finished both books in a day. Unforgettable at the end made me sad, and I felt for Daisy a lot. I was glad for Never again because I could read what happened to Daisy next. I liked Daisy a lot, she seems a lovely person who misses her dad and adores her sister and just wants to be in love and happy. Unforgettable and Never again are easy books to get into that you won't be able to put down. Both books are awesome read, and...
