A Mother's Betrayal by Louise Guy

Image
Thank you @rararesources for letting me be part of this tour and Reviewing this book. A Mothers Betrayal is a contemporary fiction. I thought this book was fantastic and I was hooked to the story and could not put it down. I was sad it ended because I loved the characters. The narratives in the story are twins Flo who is a nurse and has a 6-year-old son and Ari is a lawyer. It was good to hear from both of them and I felt that I got to know the character better. Flo and Ari Mum end up in accident and secrets start to come out that both sisters don't know what to do. I felt like I connected with Flo better than Ari, but I was on emotionally roll coaster with both of them . This story is gripping, and I loved the twists, had no clue what was going to happen. A Mothers Betrayal is excellently written , with a fantastic storyline. A must-read 5 stars. Blurb One woman. Two worlds on the verge of colliding. When Julia Hudson is involved in a near-fatal accident, the lives of

Thank you @woolfjames @bloodhoundbook @KellyALacey @lovebookstours #Ad #LBTCrew #BookTwitter #FreeReview #FreeBookReview #LBTThriller for letting me be part of this your and reviewing this book. The Company she keeps is psychological thriller . The story is set in 1979 and the character is Rebecca who is struggling to build relationships and her on/ off partner is part of founding the Yorkshire ripper is on the loose and there are three different men trying to get her attention. It took me a few chapters to get into, but then I was gripped till the end of the book. The story is at a reasonable pace and the chapters are short. There were some good twists and turns that I did not see coming. I was question myself who I would trust if I was in Rebecca position. I think I would not have a clue. The Company she keeps is written well and the characters where instresting and engaging. I did enjoy plot. I feel the title and front cover work very well together. A very good thriller . 4

This is interesting read, and it was enjoyable to follow Eddie and Hugo story. It did make me smile in places and is written well that will keep you entertained to the end. I read Grand Scheme in a few days and it was easy to get into and was refreshing to read something different, I know nothing about. 4 stars. Blurb Two unlikely friends hatch an extraordinary scheme to expose the theater world in this wildly entertaining and sharpl

Beneath the Lemon Trees by Emma Burstall

Thank you @rararesources and @emmaburstall for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. Beneath The Lemon Tree is about new beginnings and romance. The front cover is gorgeous, it made me want to live at that Villa. I would defiantly pick this book up in bookshop for its front cover alone and then once I read the blurb I would be very excited to read it even more. The story about Stella who best friend has died, and she has separated from her husband goes on holiday to Crete with her children and Friend. This is an uplifting and breathtaking read that I read in one sitting. The story is about loss, grief and new beginnings. I like Stella a lot and did feel sorry for her due to what she was going through and trying to be there for her best friend Husband, but you could tell it was taking a toll on her. I loved the setting and the plot and thought it was a magical read that swept away. Uplifting and moving read 5 stars. Blurb Heartbroken after the loss of a friend

Wolf-Boy by David Fitzpatrick

Thank you @KellyALacey @lovebookstours #Ad #LBTCrew #BookTwitter #FreeReview #FreeBookreview #LBTYAHorror #LBTThriller #LBTLGBTQ for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. Wolf Boy is a LGBTQ genre and is about Danny who is 16 teen years old. Danny is the main narrator the story. The story does go to past and present a few times and I liked how it jumps to this due to you understanding more what happened to Danny and why he was where he was in the present. I found it was easy to follow the story all the way through. It's about the summer of 1979 that changes his life not in a good way but that's just my opinion. I found Wolf Boy to me hard read due to the events that happened to Danny and felt for him emotionally and was sad by his struggles that happen to him due to people he thought where his friends Liam and Gracie. The story is written well and David Fitzpatrick has done his research well due to the topics that are mention in the book and tackle th

This Is Not A Holiday Romance by Camilla Isley

Thank you, @rararesouces and @camillaisley for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. What a brilliant read. I absolutely adored This is not Holiday Romance. I was glued from start to finish. The story about Nina who goes home for Christmas to her parents and her Brother brings home Tristan his best friend . Nina and Tristian hate each other and play tricks on each other. The chapters are from Nina and Tristian point of view which I enjoyed, and I loved the stuff they would do to each other to wind them up. The story is written well, and I loved the characters they were a breath fresh of air. This is cute and heart-warming read. I read this book in a day. This book will be great over the autumn/winter months to read. You will love it. 5 stars. Blurb Two sworn enemies, snowed in over Christmas with chemistry that will melt the ice! Nina Thompson has one Christmas wish: to avoid her brother's obnoxiously handsome best friend, Tristan, like the plague. From the mo

Summer at Pine Lake by Alyssa Delle Palme

Thank you @KellyALacey @lovebookstours #Ad #LBTCrew #BookTwitter #FreeReview #FreeBookReview for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. Summer at Pine Lake has a beautiful front cover that I would definitely be drawn to in a bookshop. Summer at Pine Lake is a teen/ adult genre. This is a beautiful story that I read in one sitting. I was glued to the book from the first chapter, It was very easy to get into. The story about Sarah who goes to her family cottage and meets up with old friends, but I did feel for Sarah due to her going through some tough times while she is there. There were some characters I didn't like her boss on the beach and the lad she started to date, not nice people, but I did like her best friend and Scott.(Kind fell for him myself such lovely person to Sarah and was always trying to be there for her). I got swept away with this story and really enjoyed reading it. I can't wait to read more from Alyssa Delle Palme. Furthermore, I t
