The Bad Wife by Sarah Edghill

Image
Thank you @rararesouces and @SarahEdghill for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. The Bad Wife is a psychological gener. The story is about Kate who lost her Mum who died from a fall in a nursing home. Then Kate meets Joe who is a doctor, and she starts to be obsessed with him. This is an interesting plot that has some twists and turns that I did not see coming. I found Sarah's writing style easy to get into and found Kate to be a very odd but likeable character. I did feel sorry for her about her mum but was concerned about her when she started to do odd stuff to do with Joe. The Bad Wife is a gripping story and anyone who likes the psychological genre will enjoy this book. 4 stars. The Bad Wife A married woman’s lust for a stranger compels her to risk everything, in this new suspense by the bestselling author of His Other Woman . In My Toaster by Paul Guy Hurrell

Image
Thank you @ZooloosBT and Paul Guy Hurrell for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. My Toster has a fun and colourful front cover. This is a fantasy and Magic genre for young adults. The book is 75 pages long. I liked Tracy, and I love the fact she went to make toast and got sucked into the toaster to a magical world. I love this to happen to me and think children would too. The story is a great adventure, and I liked Sam who is a bird who is guiding Tracy through this world. I did feel for Tracy because she is going through a lot missing her dad and then there is a pandemic happening too. I think Young adults will relate to Tracy and enjoy her adventures. The story is written well and will keep young adults entertained. 4 stars.
