The audiobook is 57 minutes long, and the narrator is Clarence Barbee, who is also the author. I liked listening to his Clarence voice, and he has a voice you can listen to for ages, and you could tell he is passionate about his writing; it comes through his voice. Lessons and Libations is a rapid listen, and he grabs your attention straight away, and I listen to this audio all in one go. It was lovely to read something entirely different from what I normally read. All the stories were beautifully written, and his words resonated with me a lot. These stories and poetry are all engaging and entertaining, and I also enjoyed getting to know the characters, and I like that the stories are different from each other. Inspiring and beautiful words—five stars.

With a background as a spoken word artist, he has mastered the art of weaving words into evocative pieces that resonate with emotions. He was known for traveling the southeastern US under the stage name Nabraska. Currently serving as an educator in the Denver area, Clarence continues to inspire while shaping young and old minds. He also tries to human better daily. His passion for writing remains unwavering as he diligently works on new ventures, including upcoming books, audio books, short stories, and poetry collections, further solidifying his place in the literary world.
