The Trouble With Love By Rosemary Dun

Thank you @zooloosBT for letting me be part of this tour and for reviewing this book. The Trouble with Love is a romance genre. I like the front cover; it has calming colors. I like the plot and the story engaging from the start. Furthermore, I thought The Trouble with Love was a funny read, and it’s a very light and heartwarming read, which is what I needed. The two main characters are Polly and Spike, and I did like them and felt like I knew them both well. The story is written elegantly and at a good pace. This will be a lovely book to read over the summer holidays. 4 stars Who is Rosemary Dun? Polly Park thinks so—until she meets Spike, who’s set to leave for Australia in six months. No strings, no mess. But falling in love—and a surprise discovery after he’s gone—leaves Polly’s life forever changed. Three years later, Polly is a single mum to her daughter, Rowan. She’s dating Max and may finally be ready to open her heart again. Then Spike reappears with a glamorous girlfriend, throwing Polly’s world—and her emotions—into turmoil. As old feelings resurface, Polly must navigate where her heart stands with both Spike and Max, and consider what’s best for her daughter. The Trouble with Love is a witty rom-com that tackles love’s messiness. If love is the answer, what is the question.
