The Last Mrs Sinclair by T. J. Emerson

Thank you @rararesources and @TraceyJEmerson for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. The Last Mrs, Sinclair is a crime/ thriller genre. This is a fantastic read for the summer. You know when you really get into a book, and you just want to get to the end because you need to get the answers you are seeking quickly, this was me. I was hooked to the end and I loved the twists in the book which I did not see coming. I like the front cover and title it works well together also giving a summer vibe to it. The story is about Leah who wants a nice life and security behind her, but she needs to find a man that can hit these criteria, and she falls upon Miles who just lost his wife. The Last Mrs, Sinclair is gripping and full of suspense through the book. I loved the setting where it was set in France, sounds beautiful there and would love to go. I am not really sure if I liked any of the characters really they each had their own issues and could not be trusted not people I think I would befriend. Furthermore, I felt like I was on a roll coaster all the way through due to the twists and turns flowing in the book. The story written exceedingly well and is easy to get into. Excellent read, strongly recommended 5 stars. Blurb What would you give for the perfect life? Leah Williams knows exactly what she wants from life – comfort, luxury and security. All the things she would have had if her childhood hadn’t been derailed by her father’s bad decisions. And then she meets Miles Sinclair. After the death of his wife last year, Miles is ready to start living his life again, and Leah knows just how to help him… what could be so wrong with that? When Miles takes Leah to his chateau in the South of France, she's excited to get a taste of the life she deserves, even if it means enduring the presence of Miles’ cousin Vivienne, who seems determined to insert the memory of his dead wife into every conversation. But the Chateau Clairvallon has a history, not least as the place where the last Mrs Sinclair died. And as Leah discovers more about the accident that took her predecessor's life, she begins to realise that the family she's set her sights on isn't quite what it seems. What happened that summer? Was it really an accident? And is Leah in danger? Purchase Link - https://mybook.to/LastMrsSinclair Author Bio – Before writing fiction, TJ Emerson worked in theatre and community arts.
