You Killed My Wife by A.J Wilton

Thank you @KellyALacey @lovebookstours for letting me be part of this read-along. You Killed My Wife is a crime thriller genre that is an entertaining read that kept me gripped to my seat. The story is written in first person which is Mort's perspective and he investigating his wife's death. You Kileed my wife had everything in it that kept you glued, It was action-packed, great suspense and very gripping. I love Mort's friend who is called Pig who is a great name their relationship is full of trust and they are loyal to each other which I like. Pig helps Mort to find out who killed his wife. There is a good amount of danger in the book and you can tell A. J. Wilton has reached well into this area of crime, politics and spy gadgets. This is different to what I normally read and I am glad I have read it, I cant wait for book 2. Good read 4 stars. Blurb With a post-mortem trail that presents him with scandalous industrial espionage and both police and political corruption within Queensland, Mort finds his colleague Pig is the only one he can trust as he delves into the depths of putrid filth in his home state. Together, they must combat this insidious situation, battle not only rife politics and procedures but also outlaw bikie gangs out to protect their own interests. With a skillset learned from the front-line military, Mort and Pig's journey is filled with intrigue and danger and ultimately comes to a climax that will see them at the brink of their own existence with only the air in their lungs to keep them alive...
