Christmas at the village sewing shop by Helen Rolfe

Thank you @RandomTTours and @HJRolfe for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. I absolutely love the front cover it has lovely christmas feel to it and gets you in the mood gor christmas . Christmas at the village sewing shops is about three sisters: Daisy , Ginny and Fern were really close when they where younger but now thete older thete life are completely different and they hardly see each other anymore. My faviourte character is Fern i think because i could relate to her more than the others and how it can be hard being parent, wife and go to work. I really liked Helen Rolfe writing and i found it really easy to get into her book. The chapters are told by the three sisters and her mum. It has lovely christmas feeling to it and i did feel emotional at time reading this story. Loved it 5 stars could not put it down was sad when it ended. Published by Orion Fiction 27th October 22. Available in Paperback, eBook and audio £7.99 Can three sisters stitch their family back together? Loretta has run the little sewing shop in Butterbury for years, while bringing up her three headstrong daughters. Her own grandmother taught her how to quilt, and Loretta always found time to sit with Daisy, Ginny and Fern, pulling together scraps of material - and their hopes and dreams - into a beautiful whole. But this Christmas the family is coming apart at the seams: Fern feels like she's failing at motherhood and marriage; Ginny's passion for her job as a midwife is fading, Daisy is keeping two very different secrets - and most of all, Loretta seems to be hiding something from her daughters... As they come together to create a beautiful new festive quilt, memories are stirred, the bonds between sisters healed, and new friendships woven. But when Loretta reveals the real reason she's gathered them all back to the sewing shop, can the sisters mend the quilt, and their family, in time for Christmas? Full of kindness, community and festive magic, this is a treat to curl up with this Christmas!
