You can read it as a standalone as au did. The story is about Catherine who loses her father who meant the world to her because of this she suffers abuse. I found the story had a great plot that hooks you and is very gripping and tense at times. The story is well written and keeps you on the edge of your seat. I will make sure I read the 1st book. A fantastic and dark read. Must read 5 stars. As a girl Catherine Hart loses the person she loved most, her father. In his absence she is subjected to abuse of the worst kind. I found the front cover to be interesting and made me wounder who the dark ghostly person was . I was which made me want to get reading to found out. The story was at good pace which I could keep up with. There seems to be good twists in the book that I definitely didn’t see coming. The story is written at good pace and was very gripping in place. A interesting and entertaining read. I do love Victoria Williamson books. They are always a pleasure to read and enjoy. The story about Charlie who is a criminal and comes across a rare book that is valuable. I love the title and the front cover is beautiful full of poppies. The Haunting Scent of Poppies is a short story 100 pages long so you can read this in a few hours. The descriptions are brilliant because you can visualise them which really helps when you’re reading. I did find that I got into this book very easy and could not put it down. Over the wall is a psychological thriller, which is my favorite genre. The story is about Keziah, Who is 19 years old, and it is written from her perspective in third person. I liked it was written like this. Keziah is in a cult and she trying to escape. I loved it. I was hooked from the beginning and could not put it down. There is a great amount of suspense running throw the book. I liked that the story was written about a cult because I have not read many books about this, so it did interest me a lot. Thes tort is set in the Cotswold’s a place that I adore. The story is set at a good pace and is written well. This is book 3 but you can read as a standalone as I did. This story for me was uplifting and a wonderful read. The story is about Florence who is a tribute band singer who is full of energy and there is Stuart who is very different from Florence. I really like both characters and how different they are from each other. I found Waiting for a bright new future engaging and entertaining read. I found Let them float to be enjoyable and a light read that will take you away from your world. The stories are written well, and Katy Wimhurst has great imagination skills that you can visualize in your head. Brilliant read and each story leaves you thinking which I love it when writer does that. A great read 5 stars. The story about Clio whose 45 years old and her ex that she hates is laying dead on her doorstep. The chapters are from Clio and other characters’ point of view. I found this to be an intriguing read and loved founding out what happened to Clios ex-husband. I liked how close Clio and her friends are and how they wanted to help Clio. I listened to Diary of Artist on audio book and it selection of poerty that I found very calming and relaxing to listen to. All the poems are written beautifully, and I have some favorites which are: We start here, Wondering, truth or dare, and again and again. There are illustrations that run through the book that are very pretty. I think everyone will find a poem or poems they are drawn to in this book. You can tell the poems are written from the heart. This book 2 in the series and you can read it as a standalone as I did. The story is about Poppy who is a dog and her sister Devon. There is a family of rabbits that are driven away from their home, the two dogs Poppy and Devon have to try to help them. I found the story to be at a good pace and very entertaining to read. I love the front cover, its simple but catchy and would definitely catch my eye. The story is about Adrain who has psychic powers that fell upon him by accident. Adrain than gets an offer to work with the crossroads Paranormal research Society and learns how to use his ability. I found Our darkest hour to be gripping in places and I liked Adrain character a lot and was very interested in his Psychic powers. I wish I had these. The story is well written and there are some sexy scenes that will make you hot around the collar. There is some good descriptions running through the book and you can visuals them . The story is about Harriet who falls over an old gravestone that has strange markings on. Harriet reads the inscription, and the next day wakes up with powers. I wish this would happen to me. The story is written well, and teenagers will love to go on adventure with Harriet. I liked Harriet and her friends a lot and it was great to see her character develop through the book. The story is gripping and is set at a fast pace which I liked and can be abit dark and creepy in places that kept me hooked in the book. There is a good amount of suspense running through the book. Spread: Tales of Deadly Flora has an interesting and creepy front cover that makes you drawn to the book to see what its all about. I liked the fact there were different stories and they where all written well. The stories have horror and plants in them, which is a great mix. All the stories are unique, and I think anyone that reads Spread: Tales of Dealy Flora will enjoy it. A great horror that will keep you glued to the book until the end. 4 stars. I found this book to be heart felt and heart warming read that has a great Christmas feel to it. There are some steamy moments in the book so not for faint hearted.
