I was so happy to receive a copy of this book because I love Debbie Viggiano books, Debbie has away with her writing style that hooks you in and your autumnally fall in love the characters and the story. I read Lottles Little secret in a day. The story is about Lottie who is a crime writer but also has a secret that none of her friends know about. Lottle has a best friend called Jen and Lottie has a boyfriend called Ryan who has ex-wife. I did not like Jen so much. I felt at times she was not very nice to Lottie could be a bit selfish at times. I loved the twist that came in when they went to stay in Cornwall. I did not see that coming. I liked Lottie a lot and it was nice to see her character develop and come out of her shell a bit when she went to Cornwall. The story is beautifully written and is a gorgeous read. I really enjoyed reading this book and felt like ot held my attention to the end. I really like the characters my favourite where Max, Beanie and Erin. I love the plot with the evil Doctor Asheood and the wind turbines. It was lovely to see Max develop and start to accept his disabiliny and for Max to have the strengh to tell his dad how he felt about him not communicate with him. My heart did go out to dad ehen i found out why. It did make me sad in places but its great read and gripped me. I slso liked hid uncle and twister. I feel young adults will love this story its diffent and its grest suspence.

The Pawnshop of Stolen Dreams is for young adults between 9-13 years, which will keep them entertained till the end. The story is dark and well-written. The illustrations are amazing and great fantasy. The story is at a great pace and love adventure running through the book 5 stars. I love the front cover its very eye catching witch would make me pick up to read the blurb. I like the title to. I found hanging out very instresting read its very true how people lost on technology and how we lost the connections in the real world since covid. I found it difficult and awakard going to social situations not knowing what to say or woundering if people want me there all because we been locjed away. I like how Sheila highlights her importance for us to hang out togther and how socialsing has changed through the years. Hanging out is written well and easy to get into and the topic is well researched. 4 stars. The digital age has consumed us.
