Feast of Ashes by Victoria Williamson

Thank you @The_WriteReads/@WriteReadsTours for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. Feast of Ashes is a young adult dystopian genre. I must admit I love Victoria Williamson's books. I was so glad that I could be part of the Feast of Ashes tour. This is a fascinating book and I was pulled into Adina's world who lives in the Year 2123 and she has accidentally killed 14,756 people. This is the first sentence of the book. I was Hooked I needed to know what 16-year-old Adina had done. I did like Adina and found her to be reckless and fearless. All she wants is to have a happy family but that does not seem to be happening. Adina lives in Eden 5 which is a dome. I found this to be a powerful and gripping read that draws you into Adina's World. I have found Victoria Williams's books are very different and she talks about different topics to other fiction books and I do love this. Can't wait for more. A fantastic book 5 stars. Blurb The Earth's ecosystems have collapsed and only ashes remain. Is one girl's courage enough to keep hope alive in the wastelands? It's the year 2123, and sixteen-year-old Adina has just accidentally killed fourteen thousand seven hundred and fifty-six people. Raised in the eco-bubble of Eden Five, Adina has always believed that the Amonston Corporation's giant greenhouse would keep her safe forever. But when her own careless mistake leads to an explosion that incinerates Eden Five, she and a small group of survivors must brave the barren wastelands outside the ruined Dome to reach the Sanctuary before their biofilters give out and their DNA threatens to mutate in the toxic air. They soon discover that the outside isn't as deserted as they were made to believe, and the truth is unearthed on their dangerous expedition. As time runs out, Adina must tackle her guilty conscience and find the courage to get everyone to safety. Will she make it alive, or will the Nomalies get to her first?
