I love the colour pink and the pictures in the book that help you see the poses. Moon Yoga is a book that you can keep coming back to especially with the different Moon poses each month. I like how it gives you Journal promots and affirmations each month. Giving you ideas for ritual, creating a space for you and many more tips. Moon Yoga is a lovely yoga book that is really helpful and useful and gives your more in sight on the different type moons and the yoga moves you csn do. Defintaly recommend for anyone who loves youga. Moon yoga will be staying in my yoga space 5 stars.
