The Luck by Kathy Briggs

Thank you @Randomttours and @kathyBriggs for letting me part of this tour and reviewing this book. What can i say i really enjoyed reading The Luck and following the generations of family and there problems. My favourite characters where Beattie and Darragh. I love their relationship and there story helping there granddaughters than there great grandsons they were amazing pair and i like how there story ending. I did go through some emotions while reading the story. I was shocked with the twist near the end I was very surprised bit can completey understand why. I really liked Kathy Brighs still style of writing and the story was really engaging. This is historical gener not really my genre but i absolutely loved it and highly recommed this book to buy which is out now. I never read anything from Kathy Briggs before but i defenitly will in the future. 5 stars. The Luck is book you can read while drinking hot chocolate in a blanket and it takes you away from your life and into theres. 1930: Beattie and Darragh give all they have to make a living from their Midwest farm, The Luck, pouring their love into their home and their one son. When Conrad leaves to find a new life they are heartbroken, but later thrilled when his two young daughters come to live with them. The girls are a new start for Beattie and she is determined to keep them.
