The Joy of Better Cooking by Alice Zaslavsky

Thank you @RandomTTours and @Alice Zaslavsky for letting me part of this tour and review. When you open the cooking book ip its really pretty and colourful. The dishes looked lovely and made me hungry. The cooking book tells you how to prep your food and cook it. some of the recipes are dead different and would not thought to of used them like the glace, beetroot, blackberry and orange veringues, salt and pepper carmel flan will diffiently use them. I lime how the Alice Zaslavsky has put tips through out the book that is really useful. 5 stars everyone should have this cookery book. About the Author Alice Zaslavsky is a multi-award winning author and Australian food journalist. Her vegetable bible In Praise of Veg won the Australian Book Independent award for 2020 and went on to win accolades around the globe. When Alice is not on stage hosting international culinary talent, or on screen showing people how to find every shortcut to delicious food, she's at home testing recipes and sharing insights online as @aliceinframes
