Thank you @RandomTTours and @CarolineScott for letting me be part of this tour and reviewing this book. The front int cover is great makes me what to buy a cake while i am reasing good taste. The story about Stella whi is worried about her father but is also writing of cooking books. The story is about challenges that come across Stella away and about changing them to. The story is set in the 1930s in England during the great depression . The story is contemporary fiction and is written really well. Stella goes on ups and downs due to her work and dad and i feel i went through them with her. This a lovely heartwarming read with lots of emotions you go through while reading good taste. Loved the descriptions in the book especaily the food. 5 stars woundful read Blurb When Stella Douglas, author of a much-loved but not very successful biography of a forgotten cookery writer, is summoned to see her editor in London, she is dreading being told her writing career is over before it's even started.
