Stress Free by Manoj Krishna


 Stress free is very interesting read especially if you struggle with stress yourself. Stress free explain what happens to your body when you get stressed from certain situations or sometimes just life.  This book talks about the way we think and feel about stress and what we can do to help our selfs to not get stressed so much. I feel stress Free is giving you understanding  of stress and what you can do in yourself to put steps in your life to prevent it from happening. By reading stress free is giving you different ways to overcome stress in postive ways thinking about they way you think about your self, others or work but it will take time to condition your self to do this  more positively instead of being negative and work your self up which will lead you to feeling stressed. Stress free is definitely interesting and informative and hopefully I can use these strategies to help me not become  stressed.
